What We Do
CircusSeen aims to provide people with opportunities to learn, practice, and display circus skills and performance.
We offer a range of workshop suitable for all ages, which encourages students to work with balance, coordinated movement and 'brain gym' exercising as well as helping improve social interaction and communication skills.
CircusSeen workshops run across Sussex providing wide range of skills offering a student performance and certificate at the end of each successfully completed course, as well as running a circus equipment library (the only one of its kind in the U.K. -see below) The course runs during school term dates.... see dates and time for more info.
CircusSeen Library
All students attending the workshops are able to borrow 1 item of equipment of their choice. The equipment is kept for a week and then returned or renewed. EVERY student has the opportunity to practice throughout the week, the skill of their choice without having to buy the equipment first! To the best of our knowledge this is the only library of its kind in the country.
Schools, Youth Groups and other organisations
CircusSeen can set up and run workshops in all areas of circus skills. We offer a wide range of workshops with teachers to accommodate your every need. The workshop can be one particular skill or combination of skills, some of which will be with specialised teachers who are also trained to work with all areas of special needs.
Workshop Lengths
- 1hr taster class,
- 2hr circus skills class,
- Half day class,
- Full day class with end of day show,
- Week long workshops with end of week show.
Number per circus skills class: 30 (requiring 2 teachers).
Please contact us if you have any specific requirements i.e. large group students.
Outdoor Events
CircusSeen runs workshops at play days, community event open days, and festivals for all age's groups. Our workshops can vary depending on people's capability and needs. We add an element of colour and excitement to the event with our fully trained circus instructors - there to entertain your guests, leaving them with a day to remember!
We are dedicated to setting up workshops within everyone's price range and can tailor each session individually.

CircusSeen runs a variety of entertainments for children's circus skills themed parties. Why not have a mixed circus skilled party for your children giving them the opportunity to experience various types of circus activities? Lots of fun with games and prizes.
Party includes diablo, poi spinning, juggling, hula hooping, gym ribbons, balloon modelling, and as much else as we can cram into the time!
Two hour party (with break for food) £220, one hour party £170.
Deluxe party with circus themed stilt walker £240.
There will be a travel cost added for any party outside a 15 mile radius around Worthing, West Sussex.
