CircusSeen is a non profit organisation set up by local people in Sussex who wished to see a scene of circus skill workshops available for the community, by the community and in the community.
CircusSeen runs a wide variety of workshops available to schools, youth groups, community groups, after school clubs, summer holiday schemes, Brownies, Cubs, Scouts and Girl Guides, birthday parties, weddings and community events etc.
We are dedicated to setting up workshops within your price range and can work with in your budget with the ability to tailor each individual workshop.
We also take on young volunteers at CircusSeen who can be trained to teacher level. This in turn presents an opportunity to obtain work with CircusSeen and other leading U.K. agencies, as well as giving opportunities to perform.
In its first year CircusSeen saw substantial growth through delivery of circus skills workshops in West Sussex and the surrounding area, and has been in ever increasing demand.
We have been funded by various people and organisations, including The Robin Hood Pub, Worthing Community Chest, Worthing Lions and West Sussex County Council. We are always in the process of sourcing other funding to expand the service we are able to provide.
We pride ourselves in providing the highest standard of service to all CircusSeen users, whether a 'park' workshop, weekly workshop, or a drop in class. We will do everything we can to make your experience with CircusSeen as enjoyable and pleasurable as possible.
All our teachers are fully C.R.B. checked and CircusSeen holds Public Liability insurance of £10 million. We run a strict child protection policy, photo disclosures and workshop risk assessment.
